Located on a private road with complete privacy from neighbouring homes, the property has great views of the San Gabriel mountains to the north, and of the San Gabriel Valley all the way to Long Beach to the south. The expansive living room features walls of glass to the south, east and north and every room overlooks tropical greenery. With sliding doors in several rooms, the home embraces the indoor/outdoor ethic of California living and the skylighted master bathroom features both an indoor and outdoor shower. Decor is kept to a minimum to allow shoots to add their own props if needed but the house has stylish, true-to-the-era furniture throughout. With dozens of possible shoot angles and set-ups available the property is perfect for e-comm needs and is available all year round. The house has parking for a few vehicles in its carport and driveway, and there is ample free parking just one minute’s drive away.
